Campus Ambassador

VGI Campus Ambassador Program is a network of VGI-students with leadership skills who want to help others to become 'practical innovators' instead of 'textbook geniuses'. They are going to play a huge role in improving engineering education in M.P and bringing a change in the mindset of students.

Your role as Campus Ambassador

• Create awareness in the student community about the importance of practical hands-on learning & theoretical learning being provided by VGI.
• Help students of the college to improve their real engineering & management skills and prepare themselves for a great future.
• Search and help to innovators in the college who can build the products of the future.
• Identify and encourage talented School students and connect them to the college by providing them all sort of information about various schemes of the college.
• Representation of college on various platforms/formal functions/programs.
• Representation of college on various online platforms.
• Leading in various Awareness Programs organized by the college.
• Encouraging other students to take care of the beauty & greenery of the campus.
• Leading & encouraging other students to take active participation in various online/offline activities of the college.

Who can apply?

Only those candidates can apply who are:

• Pursuing 1st year of UG or Polytechnic from VGI.
• Can start by 10th Aug'20
• Are available for a duration of 3 months.
• Have relevant skills (Communication, writing, etc.) and interests.

What are the Rules & Regulations to be followed during duration of 3 months?

• Refrains from engaging himself/herself in any unwanted, mischief, misbehaviors or any other similar activities.
• Obeying & completing the role/task assigned as ambassador.
• You & your performance will be under examination every time in this duration of 3 months.
• The entire ambassador should coordinate well with the chief campus brand ambassador.
• Failing above rules will lead your termination in time from the elite membership of this program.
• No Registration Fee.

How will you benefit?

• Certificate, Letter of recommendation, special Training and Mentorship.
• In addition to the usual things above, you will understand and develop leadership skills 'practically'! Education is one of the most important aspects of any country and a lot of focus is given to it by a number of experts. These 3 months will just show you how to deal with complex problems.
• If you put in decent effort, we promise you that this will be one of the best experiences of your UG days. You will learn a lot by working with motivated faculties/Professional and likeminded fellow ambassadors of VGI and this learning will be very valuable for your future.
• Display of Campus brand ambassadors name with photo on VGI Web portal.
• The ambassador who will perform best among all will rewarded with prize & privileges.
